1. SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT

The data processed are the name, surname, telephone number, email address, data for processing of the requested stay.

We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality.

Free delivery to the following countries: Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Cavaion, Caprino, Rivoli, Affi, Costermano, Torri del Benaco, Peschiera.

In the remaining municipalities of Italy the shipping costs are €10. For foreign countries the shipping costs are €25.

Tasting

All products are available for tasting. Around 100 bottles of grappa, spirits and liqueurs are always available.

Around 100 bottles of wine, vinegar, grappa, spirits and liqueurs are always available.

About twenty balsamic vinegars including the traditional balsamic of Modena and all the DOP oils and local producers.

We have equipped ourselves with a machine that preserves wine for 30 days thanks to conditioning in a controlled atmosphere of argon gas.

The objective of this machine is to enhance a precious and limited resource such as wine, to maintain its organoleptic characteristics, to guarantee its tasting at the optimal temperature and above all to avoid any type of waste.

There are therefore always 5 bottles of wine available (three reds and two whites) stored at a constant temperature, and changed on a bi-weekly rotation.

Themed tasting evenings

Furthermore, in the summer months we organize frequent tasting evenings of our products, with themed evenings where local wines and cellars are presented from time to time.
